Video: Runte Sets Guinness World Record for Monster Truck Jump

Want more visual proof that monster truck guys are out-of-their-mind crazy?

Check out this video of Team Summit driver Dan Runte at last weekend’s Indianapolis 4-Wheel Jamboree. He goes all Lebron James on the rest of the monster truck drivers and posterizes them with a 214-foot, eight-inch jump in his BIGFOOT #18 monster truck.

That makes him crazy—and a Guinness World Record holder. The jump shattered the previous record for long jump by a monster truck, which was 208 feet in 2010.
