A full-size pickup truck will be the next new vehicle built by electric car and power company Tesla Inc., CEO Elon Musk said. Palo Alto, CA-based Tesla is currently working on a crossover SUV called the Model Y, and once it’s released, the company will turn its attention to pickup truck production. When asked if
