First Look at Hellcat-Powered 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk
Want to see something neat? Yeah, you do.
This is the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, and the reason it’s neat is because it’s powered by Chrysler’s 707-horsepower Hellcat engine, which pretty much every sane person loves because—you know—707 horsepower. Jeep confirmed rumors of a Hellcat-powered SUV in January, but now we know a little more.
SpiedBilde’s Brian Williams took the first photos we’ve seen of the new Hellcat-powered Jeep Grand Cherokee.
According to a Specialty Equipment Market Association report, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk will boast a 0-60 mile-per-hour time of 3.5 seconds.
The Trackhawk is not a replacement for the HEMI-powered Grand Cherokee SRT, but is a premium model slightly higher up the food chain.
You’ll be able to see one for yourself at a Jeep dealership near you in July 2017, the SEMA story said. Check out the SpiedBilde photos:
